Our client is looking for an Administrative Assistant for processing purchase orders. This is a 2-3 months onsite role however could extend as this company is getting busier. The company is looking for someone with good data entry skills and able to work within excel spreadsheets. The candidates will be working onsite in our client's Mt. Laurel, NJ office which is adjacent to their headquarters.
Roles & Responsibilities

Administrative Support at one of our Client's Enterprises Technical resource Center departments handling administrative duties.

2-3 months assignment processing purchase orders. Closing out Purchase Orders and Invoices.

Hours are 8:30 – 5 PM EST, flexible can work 30 – 40 hours per week
