General Description: 

The Executive/Administrative Assistant is responsible for performing a variety of executive administrative tasks and supports the company’s President and others as directed by the President. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized and have outstanding time management and communication skills.

Job Functions:

  • Support the President by performing various executive administrative tasks

  • Maintain complete discretion and confidentiality at all times

  • Organize and coordinate the President’s schedule and communications

  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner

  • Act as a point of contact among employees, customers, and external partners

  • Assist with responding to phone calls and emails

  • Take notes at meetings for review and circulation to meeting attendees

  • Prepare reports by collecting and organizing information

  • Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports

  • Assist the sales and marketing team as directed by the President

  • Support team members in organizing various projects

  • Commit to ongoing learning and understanding of our company and our industry

  • Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines

  • Open-minded and team-oriented attitude

  • At least 3 years of executive/administrative assistant experience

  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required

  • Bi-lingual preferred (English/Spanish), but not required
