Reports To: President
General Description:
The Executive/Administrative Assistant is responsible for performing a variety of executive administrative tasks and supports the company’s President and others as directed by the President. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized and have outstanding time management and communication skills.
Job Functions:

Support the President by performing various executive administrative tasks

Maintain complete discretion and confidentiality at all times

Organize and coordinate the President’s schedule and communications

Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
-
Act as a point of contact among employees, customers, and external partners
-
Assist with responding to phone calls and emails
-
Take notes at meetings for review and circulation to meeting attendees
-
Prepare reports by collecting and organizing information
-
Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports

Assist the sales and marketing team as directed by the President

Support team members in organizing various projects

At least 3 years of executive/administrative assistant experience

Highly proficient with Microsoft Office

Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required

Bi-lingual preferred (English/Spanish), but not required
