Summary:
Handle administrative duties for the sales department or team Perform data entry responsibilities in CRM as required Utilize CRMs such as Salesforce, SAP, and Powercerv to link child & parent accounts
​Responsibilities:
· Perform account research utilizing google, salesforce, and order entry software to update CRM to reflect accurate customer data including account parent name, child name, phone number, customer contacts, email, etc.

· Relevant work experience utilizing a CRM such as Salesforce or a similar tool.
· Strong time management and organizational skills Attention to detail Solid written and oral skills Understanding of CRM concepts to manage accounts.
· Strong PC skills, including experience using Excel, Office, and Outlook
· Must be able to work within a Team environment with, performance-based culture.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or Accounting, or equivalent work-related experience required.
