This is an outstanding opportunity for a Switchboard Operator to answer calls to the switchboard and route to the appropriate department. This is an onsite temp-to-hire role.
The candidates will be working Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Roles & Responsibilities

Answers all inbound and internal calls to the main switchboard and directs the call to the appropriate person or department.

Greets employees and occasional visitors at the employee entrance.

Researches names, departments, and extensions for proper call routing.

Assists in department projects that can be performed without impacting call flow.
Minimum Qualifications

Must have the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management, staff, and customers.

Must be customer service oriented

Previous switchboard experience in a high-volume call center or customer service environment.

Basic skills in Microsoft Office applications.

Must be able to work with minimal supervision in a team setting.
